How to get there?



By Car

Motorway	:	Autobahn A7
Direction	:	Kempten - Füssen
Exit	:	At the end of motorway

Take the A7 motorway (direction Ulm-Kempten-Füssen) until the end and at the exit to Füssen. From Füssen via the federal road B17 direction Schwangau and follow the signs to Hohenschwangau village. The village of Hohenschwangau only has private parking facilities, for which there is a charge. EUR 4 per passenger car.

Travel, using public transport from Munich Airport to Hohenschwangau is approximately 3 hours.

A low budget bed & breakfast hotel with private atmosphere situated between the Royal Castles. The Schlossblick Hotel is suitable for those who don't want to spend too much on accommodation. It has 26 rooms all with private shower/WC, however without telephone and TV, some of them with balcony or terrace. From some rooms you can enjoy a lovely view of Neuschwanstein or Hohenschwangau castle. The hotel offers also a homelike dining area, where the breakfast buffet is served with castle view. The annexe-building Villa Jägerhaus was completely renovated in 1994 and offers 8 beautiful superior rooms and 4 junior suites equipped in the style of the end of 19th century. The Junior-Suites offers bathrooms with shower and bath with Jacuzzi - some with gilded taps in form of a swan. Most of the rooms also have a view to one of the royal castles.
